Dear church members, it has been brought to our attention that there have been positive COVID cases within our church family. As of now, we know that prior to testing positive the individuals attended one or a few of the events held recently at church, including Thursday, May 5th through Monday, May 9th.

Due to the number of positive COVID cases affecting our congregation, the Task Force met last night and recommended that this week’s church service be cancelled. A link with a message by Rev. Bill Petterson will be sent out to the congregation. Any meetings or practices through next Wednesday are cancelled.
As always, we appreciate your ability to pivot as situations like this arise. The Task Force will meet next week to review the status and decide if we need to remain virtual or if it is safe to return to in person worship.
We ask that you click on the link and read the letter from the Southeastern Association minister, Jane Anderson, and follow the recommendations they provided.
Thank you,

Marilyn Cummins and The BCC Task Force
